UPDATE 3:  Clock time:  9:17

This is probably the last update before the end of the race... will shortly be heading out to get some food, then wait at mile 20 (also mile 6 - out and back).  Will try to get some more pictures... will be posting a few  shortly.  So far, the team looks great... but I don't have an update on Jo Ann yet.  (Spotty network access is preventing rapid picture upload... keep losing my signal).

UPDATE 2:   Clock time:  4:15

Five of our eight athletes have posted their first bike split.

UPDATE 1:  Clock time:  2:45

All of the athletes are out of the water and out on this fabulous bike course.   Mark Moody has posted a fantastic swim time and a quick transition.  Mark is due for a good race after his nutrition issues at Lake Stevens and his flat tires at SeaFair.
