Chilly Hilly

Chilly Hilly was appropriately named on Sunday, March 25, while three Team JFT2 members braved the cold, hopped on the ferry, and did a single loop around Bainbridge Island.  Jill, Jessi and David rode together and had a great time.  The coldest part was waiting for the ferry ride home, and then waiting to get off the ferry once it had docked in Seattle.  The team was lucky to miss the rain, which really started coming down as they were waiting to board the ferry for the ride home.

Jessi was kind enough to send us this post-event photo of her ice bath.

On Saturday, February 17, Jill did 5 minute and a 20 minute time trials with her power meter with  Lang Reynolds of Cycle University. Lang will be combining the data of these time trials with the performance tests above to come up with the ideal cycling training plan for Jill.  Jill has decided to hire Lang as her cycling coach.
